Aspen Ridge Campground Policies
Although we know that no one likes rules, for your safety we have provided services and policies for you to to read over and to adhere to during your stay. We want to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable stay by observing and respecting the following rules and policies.

Check Out Time
Our check out time is 11:00 a.m. and must be respected. If you enjoy your stay as we hope you will, and wish to stay longer, please notify us as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy
Site fee refund with minimum 48 hours notice of cancellation. Please contact us for less than 48 hours notice.
Children and Guests
Your children are the responsibility of you, their parents or hosts at all times. Your guests are welcome but please let them know about our 11:00 pm exit time.
Site Occupancy
Our policy is one sleeping unit per site (except children's tents) unless authorized by owner.
Vehicle Parking
Sites are are limited to one RV and one vehicle per site.
Animals and Pets
Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash or in a pen at all times.
Camp Fires
Small contained fires are allowed in the fire pits located at your site.
Waste Water
Waste water from RVs must be drained with a 90 degree connector to prevent odours.
Laundry and Showers
Coin laundry and showers are available across from the office.
Alcoholic Beverages
Beer, wine and other alcohol beverages may be enjoyed at your site.
Cannabis Consumption
Cannabis use is restricted to within your tent, camper, trailer or RV only!
Privacy Policy
Aspen Ridge Campground commits to respecting the privacy of all its customers and to protecting all data about customers from outside parties. We do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share your personal information with third parties without your consent. We may use personal data collected to communicate with you during your stay with us. We are committed to maintaining a secure environment in which to process cardholder data information. All sensitive cardholder data stored and handled by Aspen Ridge Campground is securely protected against unauthorized use at all times. All sensitive card data that is no longer required for business reasons is discarded in a secure and irrecoverable manner. A written agreement which includes an acknowledgement that our Service Provider will be responsible for the cardholder data that they possess is in place
